Your agreement with Albatross

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services and website ("Services") provided by Albatross. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Albatross is a premium flight deal curation service operated by aviation experts. We manually research, verify, and deliver exceptional flight deals to subscribers via email. Our team uses over a decade of expertise and travel experience in 30+ countries to find deals automated systems miss.
We send 5–10 hand-picked, verified flight deals via email three times per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)—up to 1500 deals per year.
Important: We are NOT a travel agency, booking platform, or airline. We curate and share deals with direct booking links to airlines or trusted partners. You book directly and control your transaction.
Deals feature departures from major airports in North America (US & Canada), Europe, Asia, Oceania, and other regions. Most include multiple departure options.
Deal alerts are subject to:
Users are responsible for verifying all details (price, schedules, terms, baggage, fees) before booking.
Currency: All in USD; bank handles conversions and fees.
Cancel via:
Distinction: Unsubscribing from emails does NOT cancel subscription or stop billing.
No refunds for partial periods. Payments final once processed.
Exceptions (case-by-case, first 14 paid days only):

You may not:
Violations may lead to termination without refund and legal action.
All content, deals, methodology, website, branding owned by Albatross and protected by IP laws.
Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.
No reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written consent.
Services "AS IS" without warranties. We disclaim:
No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Total liability capped at amount paid in prior 12 months or $100 USD (whichever less).
Governed by Privacy Policy at albatross.flights/privacy-policy.
We collect: email, payment info (via Stripe), activity.
Rights: access, correct, delete, export data via hello@albatross.flights.
We never sell/share data; use industry security.
Account deletion: irreversible, immediate, no refund.
May suspend for maintenance, issues, or force majeure; no uninterrupted guarantee.
We may change services, pricing (new subscribers), frequency, or features without notice. Material changes notified to existing users.
We may terminate access anytime for violations, fraud, non-payment, or abuse. No refunds.
Consent to:
Manage via dashboard; add hello@albatross.flights to safe senders.
Global deals, but optimized for major airports. International users: USD billing; local laws may apply.
Via email support@albatross.flights or albatross.flights/contact.
Scope: account, billing, technical issues (not bookings/airlines).
Response: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
Governed by US laws.
Disputes: 30-day informal negotiation, then binding AAA arbitration (individual only; no class actions). Exceptions for IP/urgent injunctive relief.
We may revise anytime; post updated version with new date. Material changes: 30-day notice via email/website. Continued use = acceptance. Review periodically.
By using Albatross, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
